Our entire range consists of 100% authentic, traditional carbon steel woks and accessories. Our woks boast a flat bottom, suitable for flat electric or flat induction stoves. Though not 100% flat, the bottom has a flat bubble that is a result of the real hammering method of production. This does not affect the cooking process.

These woks are well-balanced and sturdy, weighing 3.3 pounds (1.5 kg) and measuring 13 inches in diameter. They must be seasoned before use, even though they were pre-seasoned. Carbon steel woks, including this one, may rust if not maintained properly, so it may take time to learn how to care for them.

The wok is a deep pan with a round bottom and small diameter, primarily used for "stir-frying" - fast frying with frequent stirring on a hot skillet. But it can also be used for deep frying, preparing soups, steaming, and even smoking. The steel wok is suitable for open fire, allowing you to take it outside and surprise friends with delicious Chinese dishes.

Washing routine: Wash - Dry - Oil - Fire (where Dry means drying using paper or cloth towels). Tip: Keep the wok oiled at all times, especially after washing, to avoid rusting.
